Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes! We’re happy to accept returns within 7 days, as long as the item is brand new, unused, with all tags and packaging, so it can be resold. Thanks for understanding!
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Original shipping fees will also be deducted from your refund:

• $10–25 for standard shipping

• $25–40 for DHL shipping

Q: Can I return after 7 days?

Returns within 7 Days – We kindly ask that items be brand new and unworn.
Return/exchange shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Q: What if I received a defective or wrong item?

Please email us with clear photos as proof.
Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or full refund. 🫶
